I cannot log-in.

Please check whether if the following applies to you:

  1. Is your email address and/or password correct?
  2. Is your registered email address correct?
  3. Have you completed activating the service by clicking the URL link received by email after registration?
  4. Is the browser you are using, the latest version?
  5. Is your account still valid?

 

1. Is your email address and/or password correct?

  • Please reconfirm your email address and password, and make sure there is no extra space.
  • Please be sure that the Capital and Small Letters are correctly entered.
  • Please enter your email address and password in one byte letters.

【In case you have forgotten your password】
In case you have forgotten your password, you can reset the password from the Log-in Page.  Click “Forgot password?” to proceed.


2. Is your registered email address correct?

Please re-register again with the correct email address.


3. Have you completed activating the service by clicking the URL link received by email after registration?

 To complete your registration to gacco, you need to click the activation URL link in the email sent to your registered email address.

【If you have received “gacco会員登録のご案内” to your registered email address.】
Please complete your registration by clicking the activation URL link in the email by midnight of the next day you create a new account .

In case you have not received the email from gacco.
Please check the following FAQ:
  > I cannot receive email from gacco.


4. If you have trouble of screen-displaying or clicking buttons.

Please try the latest version of browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.


5. Is your gacco account still valid?

If the page shows that the account is invalid, the log-in email address is already withdrawn from gacco, so please register again as a new member.
